Characteristics

Dark brown or black. Female has only little pads for wings. Male's wings cover 3/4 of abdomen.

Location

Damp areas, basements, building foundations, crawls; may enter through sewer.

Food

Filth and decaying organic matter.

Life Stages

Drops egg case in moist places, 12-16 eggs in case. 60 days to hatch.
